Do you work on WordPress sites someone else built?

Yes. We look after WordPress sites whoever built them and whatever theme or page builder they use. The free health check is a good place to start.

My site has been hacked. What should I do?

Choose “My site was hacked” in the form and include your website address. Don’t delete anything yet: the files help us find how the attacker got in, so we can close the hole as well as clean up.

Is the health check really free?

Yes. We review your site and send you a short report with the fixes we’d make first. There’s no obligation to sign up.

Where are you located?

We’re based in Wellington, Florida, in Palm Beach County, and work remotely with businesses across the United States.

Do I need to change my hosting?

No. The Care Plan works wherever your site is hosted. If you want better hosting, we can move you to WP Engine.
