What's in the free health check?
We review your WordPress site from the outside and send you a short report: WordPress, plugin and theme versions and any known vulnerabilities, signs of malware or hacking, whether backups are in place, and a speed snapshot. We’ll list the fixes we’d make first. It’s free, with no obligation to sign up.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The Care Plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Do I have to move my hosting?
No. The Care Plan works wherever your site is hosted. Hosting on WP Engine is optional.
What if my site gets hacked?
Hack recovery is part of the Care Plan. We clean it up and get you back online.
Can you make changes to my site?
Yes, with Flex Hours, a monthly block of time for edits and improvements.
What if I have more than one site?
Each site needs its own Care Plan; for several sites, ask about Enterprise.
